| PRIVATE
SINGING LESSONS
with Coach Yvonne DeBandi
Florida: Tampa, Riverview, Brandon
General
Info | Once you
have scheduled
Each private singing lesson is designed
to meet the needs of the individual student. First the current level
is determined. Second, the singer's goals are determined. And third,
the journey from Point A to Point B is carefully organized and monitored.
Each singing student is assigned a vocal education curriculum and
expected to take responsibility for their own vocal development.
Everyone
is welcome: all ages, all levels, male or female and all
musical styles. Training for worship leaders, church choirs, choral
groups, bands, etc., also available. Coach Yvonne also has great
experience in training telemarketers and ministers for good vocal
production, health and speech performance.

FIRST
LESSON PREPARATION & FORMS
Everything you need to know once you have scheduled
your first lesson
PAPERWORK
& FORMS TO COMPLETE
The SingSmart Vocal Studio is very
busy and Coach Yvonne prefers to not waste valuable lesson time
on administrative issues. Completing this paperwork prior to your
first lesson will save time and is recommended.
HOW
TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SINGING LESSON
The best way to prepare for your first singing lesson
is to think about your goals so you can clearly communicate them
during your first lesson discussion. Take responsibility for your
own singing voice and use the time you have with the coach to your
advantage. Ask questions, be assertive!
DO: Warm up your voice.
However you are used to warming up your voice (vocal
exercises, singing a song, etc.), do so before you arrive at your
first voice lesson. You will be asked to sing a small sample of
any song you choose so we can determine your current level and get
an idea of your vocal challenges.
DO: Dress comfortably.
DO NOT: Sing TOO much and fatigue your voice before
arriving at your lesson.
If you arrive at your first lesson vocally fatigued
or hoarse, we will not be able to provide a proper evaluation. So
try your best not to overdo it!
